Psychological Support and Development Center at UAM invites you to an online meeting (MS TEAMS) which will take place on 20.01 (Friday) at 16:00. The meeting will be hosted by dr Nadia Kruszyńska and Alicja Dominiak.
You are warmly invited to an information meeting for English-speaking students and staff of our university. During the meeting we will provide you with the most important information on resources and available psychological, psychiatric and study support.
Studying and working abroad nowadays may become a stressful challenge. There is no need to go through it alone. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we are here to support you on every step of the way.
During the meeting we would like to introduce our free of charge services, provide you with useful information and contact details. We will also run a Q&A session and share a few effective stress coping tips.
