We invite everyone to the next meeting of Book Lovers Among Students (BLASt), the scholarly meeting group for American literature and culture.
Mr. Piotr Matczak will deliver a talk entitled "The highway in Joan Didion's Play It As It Lays: a spatial reading of the novel". We'll discuss Play It As It Lays through the lens of Yi-Fu Tuan's essay "Space and Place: Humanistic Perspective".
