Open lecture: Dr Mary Newbould’s “Eighteenth-Century Literary Celebrity and Adaptation in the Twenty-First Century: A Virtual Museum of Laurence Sterne”

Literature of the 18th and 19th Century and Print Culture Research Unit is happy to invite everyone to dr Mary Newbould’s lecture “Eighteenth-Century Literary Celebrity and Adaptation in the Twenty-First Century: A Virtual Museum of Laurence Sterne.” The lecture will take place on 23 April (World Book Day) at 4.45 p.m. in Aula, Collegium Heliodori Święcicki.

It will be in English but it will be translated into Polish.

Dr Mary Newould is a co-creator of the Laurence Sterne and Sterneana database, hosted by Cambridge Digital Library. Her visit is part of “Akademicki Poznań” programme.
