21st International Congress of Linguists

The 21st International Congress of Linguists will be held from 8 to 14 September 2024 in Poznań, Poland. The event is organised by Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań (local host) and the Permanent International Committee of Linguists (CIPL). The extended deadline for abstract submission is 1 February 2024.

ICL Congress is one of the biggest linguistic conferences - the first congress was held nearly 100 years ago. The leitmotif of the 2024 edition of the Congress is: “Languages – Communities – Technologies.”

The Chair of the ICL 2024 Local Organising Committee is prof. Katarzyna Dziubalska-Kołaczyk, Vice-Rector for Research at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań, while CIPL is represented by dr. Camiel Hamans.
